God says, we don't have the right attitude towards His word.

In this message, the Lord speaks to us about His desire for us to change, grow and mature spiritually. The right soil and environment to begin this growth process is the written word of God. No spiritual growth can happen outside of the application of the word of God, for it is our spiritual life's source.

Just as our physical bodies need food to nourish, strengthen and help us grow, the word of God does the same for us spiritually, as we apply it in our daily lives and continuously meditate on it. The word of God renews our minds, cleanses us, sanctifies us and fills us with its riches.

We are responsible for the application of the word of God in our lives, which will allow the purposes and desires of God to be fulfilled. God wants to see from us, a thirst for His word which He says is our life.

"If you truly love me, you will love my word, and what you love you will want to spend time with.", thus says the Holy Spirit.
