My tricks to make spongy Rasgulla easily in just 10 minutes,bet no one would've taught you this way

Hi my dear dollu's kitchen family members. Hope you all are doing fine and staying safe.
Join with making this sweet, easy, juicy and sponjy Rasgulla,
I have been taught to make rasgulla in a time consuming way, but i always wanted to do it with no time so i tried by grind the panner in the mixer, it really save lots of time and effort not only the Rasgulla was really very spongy, so do try this trick and tips to do yummy rasgulla

Milk -1/2lt
Lemon juice-1tbsp
Once the milk curdle wash and strain it with cotton cloth leaving no water,
Add paneer to jar and grind for 30 to 40 sec but leave some small pauses inbetween grind if not it will start leaving butter,
Remove from mixer and add
Corn flour-1 to1 1/2 tbsp
Mix and make a ball

For sugar syrup:
1to1 1/2 cup of sugar
3cups of water
Bring it to boil add cardamom if you like it,
When sugar syrup is boiling just add a rasgulla to check everything is perfect if not add some more corn flour to say half a spoon more to the paneer and the then make a ball and add it to syrup
Your spongy rasgulla is ready to eat and enjoy
