Orange Chicken
Ingredients:
500g of KS chicken, cut into chunk
(Marinate with salt, fish sauce, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, orange juice for 1 – 2 hours)
Orange juice, squeeze from 1 fresh orange
Lemon juice, squeeze from ½ fresh lemon
1 tablespoon of sugar
Fresh corianders (To garnish)
Crispy Powder (Batter):
1 chicken egg
Tapioca starch (optional: corn starch or potato starch)
Seasoning:
A little bit of light soy sauce
