Veggie Pancakes Recipe;
1 lbs mixed vegetables (I used carrot, turnip, green beans and zucchini)
3/4 cup + 1tbsp ap flour
3/4 cup +2 tbsp whole milk
1 whole egg
4 sprigs of Dill
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Dill sour cream
8 oz sour cream
2 tbsp chopped dill
1 tsp lemon juice
1 small garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste
