I have to make the Desc even tho I really hate making a Desc for meps.. BUT ANYWAYS…


-RULES-

1. No Inappropriate things. If you do this I will not count your part in. Fair warning.

2. Blood/gore is allowed! It’s supposed to be a Halloween Mep right? SO LETS HAVE SOME FUN 🤩

3. Security breach characters only. But you can put them in Halloween outfits or have a Halloween theme in your video! If you do not prefer this then you can just stick to a normalish theme.

4. Don’t fight over parts please! I know the feeling of someone wanting a part that you want. I’ve been there but please just don’t fight over one! You can always pick another part that’s open and ready to be taken!
