How I Take ZERO Notes in Class | Recall Questions Only

I stopped taking notes a few years ago because I knew how inefficient they were but I always had trouble with concentrating and actively learning in class. When I didn't make notes, I'd end up getting distracted in class and studying for exams would get overwhelming.

SO after experimenting a lot over time, I finally came up with a method and refined it to maximise learning effectively in lectures and at home. It's a very realistic and doable way to learn in class that's heavily based on evidence-based revision techniques like active recall, spaced repetition and creating recall questions.
