Frank Lampard says Mason Mount can get even better as his former clubs Chelsea and Manchester City will fight for the Premier League title but he says Manchester United and Liverpool should not be ruled out.

Frank was speaking at Wembley as an ambassador of McDonald's Fun Football initiative, which delivered its 5 millionth hour of grassroots coaching for kids in the UK.
