US President Joe Biden is confused and "regularly struggles to cobble words together," says commentator Liz Storer.
"There's complete compilations on YouTube of this guy falling over," Ms Storer told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
Ms Storer discussed whether Joe Biden will run again for president in 2024.
"The only thing worse than this president, would be a president Kamala," Ms Storer said.
