What's similar between New York & Dubai ??? One is the capital of the free world - the other does not even have democracy.... But even then, cities like Dubai have learnt that money is not enough to build long term prosperity. For that you have to have diversity and a culture that unites people from all over the world to work together for greater good. It's a lesson we are forgetting in India - where unity means majoritarianism & the minority is only to be based to earn points....but what will this do to our promised 'vikas' ??
