Ashoka University, in collaboration with ChangeINKK Trust, presents the first-ever conference on the inclusion of students with dyslexia in higher education institutions (HEIs). The conference aims to spotlight dyslexia and explore its acceptance in HEIs in India. The idea is that this will further facilitate employers and industry leaders to capture the talent of people with dyslexia and achieve greater organisational productivity. The conference will consist of keynote addresses by the experts in the field and panel discussions amongst the leaders and representatives from academia and corporates in the US and India. One of the panels will host adults with dyslexia who have made a significant mark in their chosen areas of work. Other discussions will centre around setting up the systems in place to encourage students with dyslexia to complete their higher education journey with confidence and contribute creatively to the ever-changing workspace globally.
