'Keen on supportive networks!' Kate Middleton enjoys speaking to mums at children's school

According to a royal source Kate Middleton, 39, enjoys speaking to other parents at the gates of the London school attended by Prince George, 8, and Princess Charlotte, 6. George and Charlotte attend St Thomas’s School in Battersea.

The independent school, located just three miles away from the Cambridges’ home at Kensington Palace, costs £7,810-a-term for an eldest child in year three to eight to attend.

However, speaking to OK magazine about the Duke and Duchess, a royal source said: "Because of who they are, William and Kate have had to be highly organised parents.

"But as parents, Wills and Kate have developed this brilliant knack of letting as much as they can seem spontaneous and that's how the children see it."

Good manners are something Kate makes sure is passed down to her children for school.

The source explained: "Table manners, thank you letters, little courtesies are being drilled into the children so they become automatic.

"If George has been naughty, and he has been on occasion, Kate and William are good at explaining to him the rights and wrongs of what's happened."
