THEY ACTUALLY DID IT!!! I called a while ago that Nigel Thornberry in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl would end up playing like Jigglypuff AND THEY ACTUALLY GAVE HIM REST! His Down Special does his Smashing Flick that leaves a tiny hitbox with MASSIVE knockback with end lag, just like Puff!
