China will go all out to develop green and low-carbon energy and ensure energy security, said Premier Li Keqiang at a meeting on Saturday.
Premier Li, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and head of the National Energy Committee, said energy has a great bearing on China's overall economic and social development.
