Tara Locke entered Genoa City with a bang. She dropped some shocking bombshells on the Abbotts, co-conspired against Summer, and then went back to where she came from, losing everything. From what we saw on Y&R, Tara’s chapter has ended, at least for now. However, it looks like she could be back on the canvas for a new storyline soon. Here’s why we think so.
