EngageBSU - Reserving Space On Campus

This video is to assist student organization leaders to the two forms on EngageBSU associated with requesting space on campus for meetings, events, and programs.

Please note that all spaces on campus are reservable and should be submitted through these forms at least 3-4 weeks prior to your intended meeting, event, or program date. The only location that is reserved through a separate process is lounges in Residence Halls, which should be done by contacting the Residence Director of the specific building you're looking to utilize.
