'Uninterested' GB News host 'forced to listen' to Harry and Meghan sparks division

GB News presenter Mercy Muroki addressed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and claimed that the couple are "everywhere".

Her comments come after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently addressed the crisis taking place in Afghanistan in a statement.

The GB News host suggested that the couple put their "two cents" into everything as she discussed the issue around privacy.

Mercy made reference to Harry and Meghan's interview with Oprah Winfrey which aired in March. It comes as the couple step down from their royal duties and moved to the United States. She later claimed that she is "forced to listen to their opinions".

The GB News presenter later addressed the Sussexes also doing their Archewell podcast and referenced Meghan's children's book, The Bench, "Quite frankly, I'm wholeheartedly, unreservedly and uninterested in what they have to say about anything," Mercy stated.

"I simply cannot summon a damn to give but I'm forced to listen to their opinions because they are literally inescapable."

She added: "Meghan and Harry say they want some privacy and some space but I'm starting to feel like it's us who need a bit of privacy and space from them."
