just a #shorts video to emphasize that it is in your best interest to say yes to you & no to everything else. It is possible for you to stand up for yourself and what you believe. It doesn’t necessarily have to be by saying no, but through the consistency of not allowing others to pressure you into doing things you don't want to.
Be proud of yourself for showing up for you and stay consistent with your word. This is one way I think when I'm considering giving into pressure. But I always choose to put myself first in the end❤️ and I’m here to help get you there.
