An Excellent Shoulder Workout | With Overhead Presses!

This 61 year old's Fitness Journey continues today with an excellent Shoulder Workout. Today's shoulder workout started with a little heavier, lower rep Overhead Press work than normal and finished up with some nice hypertrophy shoulder work: heavy/high rep Shoulder Shrugs and 10 sets of lighter, higher rep dumbbell work!
