It's getting dangerous the amount of diets influencers and celebrities are selling to individuals who don't have the knowledge on how to actually lose weight. Every diet I mention in the intro is a REAL diet that someone has sold to vulnerable individuals desperate to lose weight (seriously Google them all!)
