For this week's Dining Adventure, we stopped by The Celtic at 14th and Market to check out Basil Street Pizza's Automatic Pizza Kitchen (APK). This is much like an ATM, but this machine delivers you a freshly baked pizza in just about 3 minutes. There is only one currently in Denver, so we stopped by the Celtic to try it out!
This was pretty disappointing. The process of ordering and having the pizza made is fun, but the product itself is not very good. We paid 11.00 for this and we would have much rather spent half that on a frozen pizza from the store. The trust wasn't crispy and the taste was very bland. Fun idea, but it just doesn't work.
