Namit is an eighteen-year-old honours student of Economics at Ramjas College, University of Delhi. His interests mainly lie in economics, finance, public policy, and international relations. He is a passionate advocate for social welfare and mental health.

Namit is a member of the Editorial Board for his college’s journal, the Ramjas Economic Review, and is also a part of the finance society, which has allowed him to dive into research work and academic writing, another one of his passions. He is one of the founding members of the TEDx society of his college.

In his leisure time, you will probably find him with a good book or asleep. He is of the view that one can achieve anything with perseverance and determination. He believes in the capability of sustainable development and gender equality in changing the world and strives to be a changemaker himself in the foreseeable future.
