Context
Izuku was in control of Shiggy (I can't spell his name so deal with it) and went crazy, attacking everyone his eyes are red so you know when Shiggy is in control, izuku didn't want to hurt anyone when he wakes up from Shiggy's control he sees Shoto in front of him on the ground bleeding and bruised, izuku
from seeing this as his fault, after his break down other heros came and put izuku in chains, Shoto yelled at them saying it wasn't his fault and he was being controlled the other heros didn't listen and put a mask/mussel on izuku, izuku was crying and tried fighting out of their grasp but it didn't work, they were quirk canceling cuffs they said they would put izuku in a Mental hospital (the room he is going to be in is a quirk canceling room) Shoto was against it and tried saying he would have izuku stay with him but it didn't work
izuku was forced into a police car he didn't want to be known has a monster or a weapon
