Can I Beat Pokemon Sapphire Using Only Assist?

In this video I attempt to beat Pokemon Sapphire but in battle I can only use the move Assist, with a couple other rules:
1- In battle, I can only use Assist
2- No items in battle (except Pokeballs)
3- No glitches / exploits
